Chef Tommaso (“Tommy”) presents a high-quality Mediterranean cuisine, created by devoting particular attention to the selection of the freshest seasonal foods and products, as well as by offering precisely prepared menus with respect to traditional Italian cooking.
The menu, which changes at least weekly, offers savory fish and seafood selections, fresh salads, high-quality meats (ham, veal, beef), a variety of hand-made pasta dishes, as well as creative vegetable preparations and sweet organic fruits. Even the most discerning diner will be impressed by the selection of the freshest seafood, meats, cheeses (including authentic buffalo mozzarella), fruits and vegetables, and extra virgin olive oil, the vast majority of which are caught, grown or created locally. Delectable desserts are prepared fresh daily and a top-notch wine and grappa selection and exquisite espresso and cappuccino add to the dining experience.
The restaurant staff, most of whom are able to communicate in English and Spanish, are warm and friendly, very attentive to their diners, and each has been personally selected and hired by the owners. The owners, who are experienced chefs themselves, are almost always present in the restaurant, assuring consistent quality, presentation, and environment. The clientele ranges from local professionals and politicians to international tourists.
