Managers were there to greet us, even though we arrived at night and changed our arrival time.

Although we mailed that we should arrive later, there was no-one in the house. We had to wait more than half an hour before someone came to check in.

breakfast is very simple and only on the first morning.

It was very easy to go by tram to the center.
Just around the corner there is a very nice restaurant!

The appartment was very clean but only the bed in the sleepingroom was good. The other sleep-sofa's were of no good quality!

We arrived early (12 noon) and was told the room would be ready by 2pm. We returned at 2pm but the room still was not ready and we had to wait a further 30 minutes. After long & tiring journey the extra delay was disappointing.

The room was as expected and generally clean and tidy however a few things could have been better. The TV remote did not work, the doors for the kitchen area were broken, the toilet seat was loose. Despite the accomodation being for 5 persons the hot water tank was not large enough for five people and we kept running out of hot water, there was not five seats for the dining table.

There were problems with paying by card which involved me making a special trip to the local bank to with draw cash. I suspect this not only cost me time but also additional expense in higher charges and exchange rates.

The web site says breakfast was included but the breakfast provided was very poor - and not eaten.
The web site aims to attract international visitors. At least one english language TV chanel would have been nice.
Also wireless internet access would also have been welcome.

The accomodation OK and staff pleasent. The surrounding area and accomodation facilities could have been better.
