• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price and it's breakfast/buffet.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Temperature controlled heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English,French,Polish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  At our Residenza Maxima location, we have rooms on the ground,the first and the second floor. There is no a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the Residenza Maxima is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occassion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide towels.We also provide shampoo and bath gel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our facilities are entirely no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV with national channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually decorated.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest parking is on Circonvallazione Gianicolense.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Circonvallazione Gianicolense.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a shuttle service from Fiumicino airport (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop is H (or tram 8) on Circonvallazione Gianicolense.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  There are no subway stops close by.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
