 The Residenza Ki is a little family run hotel located in the main centre of Rome, 50 metres from the world famous Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Our property features a welcoming and familiar atmosphere where guests will feel immediatly at ease and will have the possibility of experience the best hospitality of the Italian tradition. Our rooms are big and very light, furnished with great taste and equipped with all the comforts of the modern life, where our guests you can feel the warmth atmosphere of our homely environment. The building has 4 floors, we are on the second one and there is no lift. |

Residenza Ki is centrally located at walking distance also to the renowned Via Veneto, the Quirinale and Trevi fountain. In a short walk you can reach the Colosseum, The Forum, Via Veneto and the famous shopping streets. Moreover you can easily reach the Vatican within 5 minutes by underground. |
