• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, we are on the second one and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do, free of charge for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental agency in Via Veneto (5 minutes walking distance).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (upon request and by extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via del Tritone (200 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (2 metro stops).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Barberini" (red line).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer free wireless access.
