No problems at all

Maybe only comment would be about breakfast. I mean, I am not fassy, I'd eat anything, so it was great for me. But I would understand if some 'not as easy going' people would have difficulties choosing out of breakfast menu.

Only was not sure if we are supposed to pay for drinks which we drunk out of each rooms fridges. As on some info papers was how much are these drinks and on some it said they are free for us.
At the end we had few drinks, but no one asked us to pay for it.

It was great, great locations, everything walking distance. Lovely rooms, nice staff. No problems at all.

The room we got was very disappointing.We asked for a change of room and the told us to ask in the morning.This we did and were granted another room.

The quality of the room was very clean.Spacious it was not.The bathroom was very small.You had to keep the door open to wash at the sink.you could also hear every noise(the lady preparing the breakfast,the loo being flushed etc).The staff were lovely and very helpful but the place was a bit tired.It is in a very conveinent area so we probably would use it again.The breakfast was very good and if you had a good appetite pleanty of it.

We checked out the night before departure which was very conveinent as we had an early flight.The taxi we booked arrived in good time(as did when we arrived)We were able to have an early breakfast which was very good on the part of the hotel.Staff were verygood and plesant at that early hour.

The flights of stairs to the reception,which can be very difficult when you have to carry cases especially when you are an older person.(the taxi driver on departure carried our cases down the flights of stairs but we had to carry them up on arrival)

We were very pleased with our accomodations at Residenza Frattina. Our room was as promised and we were tired and hungry after our train trip from Venice, and tea and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived.

Residenza is in a perfect location - near the Spanish Steps and beautiful shopping streets with elegant shops. Although it is on the second floor (walk up) without an impressive entry, one is very pleasantly surprised upon entering the b & b.

I would certainly stay @ the residence again. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very positive Experience. The staff at Frattina are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, very comfortable and new finishing. Breakfast was very good, and the location is great. Definately would recommend it to others.

we were actually 'upgreaded' to the appartment rather than having the double room we had booked so were truly delighted. This was a recommendation from a friend who had stayed with you in December - and every word of her positive comments about Residenza Frattina rang true immediately - it's lovely and we would definitely come again/recommend to more friends.

The staff were very warm and welcoming.
The location is superb.
The room was pretty and functional, although it was quite small.
The air conditionaing was excellent.
The breakfast provided was very fresh and tasty.
The cleaning/maid service was excellent.
The towels were not good quality - they were very worn and quite rough.
The lack of an elevator was dreadfully inconvenient. We had to drag heavy luggage up steep, stone steps in the heat.

I had booked a double room. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was only a twin room free. (Particularly distressing, as this was the first night of our honeymoon!) I discussed this with the manager in the morning - she was extremely helpful and moved us to a suite at no extra cost for the rest of our stay. She said that the double room request didn't make it through on our internet booking.

We arrived very late from the airport, even later than we originally thought due to transportation issues, and we had no trouble at all getting in.

We were never able to get on the wireless network onsite, although I did see an access point. We didn't dig into too much because we were sightseeing so we just used the PC in the common area for our needs. It would have been nice, however, to get on the wireless network to download email. I didn't see fresh flowers or satin sheets, but didn't really care about that anyway. The B&B was very nice and would definitely stay there again.

The B&B is well located...just a block or so from the Spanish Steps and great shops. Also very close to Trevi fountain. We couldn't have asked for a better location to stay in, we enjoyed it thoroughly!!! I will be back!

The staff spoke excellet english. Our room was not ready but the staff kept our bags safe until we got back later that afternoon.

The staff was what made this hotel ! Helped with directions and ordered cabs for us. Breakfast was great, a good selection for the size of the hotel. The rooms are very small and the bathroom was ridiculously small. The room was clean but we did have an ant problem due to us leaving fizy drink cans out. On the plus side we got slippers and dressing gown and the mini bar was refilled everyday with soft drinks.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the entrance gates. The receptionist on staff ran down the stairs to help us with our heavy bags. Our room was ready immediately. We were a bit surprised that our hotel was on a pedestrian-only street. I would suggest making that better known so travelers can expect to have to carry their bags downt he street.

The hotel was even more charming than stated on the website. Our room was fantastically clean and we had everything that we needed. The hotel even provided us with an electrical adaptor upon request, which was a nice surprise for a hotel so small.

As I mentioned previously, I would make it better known that Via Frattina is sometimes a pedestrian-only street, and that visitors should be prepared for and expect to carry their bags down a crowded street upon arrival.

I would describe the hotel as charming, clean, comfortable and PERFECTLY located in Rome. The hotel staff were eager to help us with anything that we needed. The breakfast each morning was wonderful!

There is not an elevator and it is two flights to walk up with luggage. If it said NO ELEVATOR, we would have stayed somewhere else

Once through the gates and into the courtyard we were a bit confused as to where to go. The doorway where you should go should be better signposted (it looked like the entrance to someones flat).

First of all, they have no elevator and 4 flights of stairs just to enter the property!!! With many luggage pieces, this was a challenge to say the least. I booked 3 rooms for 3 couples, and one of the rooms was not the variety we were promised - double bed, etc...so they did make it right by giving one of the couples the 'apartment' for one night and then they had to switch to another room for the following night! We were not happy at all about the stairs..., but the rooms were adequate and the staff very friendly.

Please note I had requested a twin and when we got there it was a double that was booked. The night porter could hardly speak English but we did manage to change the booking to a twin which was quite small. However the service in the hotel was very friendly

When we checked in we were told that we would
have to move rooms for the second night. I
was not happy as we had been traveling for 3
weeks and was looking forward to unpacking.
The next morning came and we packed all our
stuff up so they cold move our room. We came
back in the afternoon and they informed us
that we wouldn't be moved after all. It was
annoying but the hotel itself is nice and the
location is great.

drainage in shower. Breakfast is simple and
good. Coffee is great.
