• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian, of course.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the first floor, but, sorry, we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of our property is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occassion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, one of the rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is. Free calls for Rome and surroundings. International calls and calls to mobile phones not allowed.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room and individually controlled.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage two blocks away from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices at Termini railway station, very near from via del Boschetto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (20 km) but Fiumicino airport (25 km) has more transport facilities to reach the city centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do upon request (extra charge).
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale (the main bus lines stop there).
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (1 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is "Cavour".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
