The hotel was perfect. Very tastefully
furnished, lovely crisp cotton sheets, a
funky cool bathroom with lovely products and
best of all an apple mac in our room with
great i-tunes and google at our fingertips
so we could research the restaurant we were
going to that night. Good location and
helpful staff

Staff was excellent, breakfast was
marvellous.

We needed to leave our bags at the hotel
after checkout because we weren't leaving
Rome until the evening. Despite the tiny
size of the hotel, the staff were able to
accommodate this for us smoothly. And they
even helped carry the bags down the block to
my waiting car!

I would recommend it as a good place to
stay, well-located, for a visit to Rome.

The hotel was thoroughly outstanding on all counts. The rooms were lovely and extremely clean. The art work was fabulous. The location was outstanding. The breakfasts were great. But most of all, the people in the hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Their overall assistance and, in particular, eating/sightseeing recommendations really enhanced our stay in Rome. We enjoyed our stay so much more because of the friendly and helpful staff at Residenza A.

They also helped us by arranging a driver to take us to the airport, which was extremely helpful.

A small, stylish, boutique hotel located on Via Veneto - right on the door steps of the Villa Borghese. Beautiful clean, modern rooms decorated tasetfully, the hotel staff provide attentive, individualized attention to all guests at all times. Thoroughly recommed it!!!!

Make sure that people know that the reception is not 24hrs and that if they arrive very early in the morning or during the night, that they will need to contact the hotel to organise their arrival.

Perfect! Modern, immaculate, stylish and in a fantastic location. The staff were really nice too and all spoke English. Excellent amenities and although the rooms and especially the bathrooms were on the small side, they were perfectly adequate and very chic! We would definitely return to this hotel if we visit Rome again.

I was expecting a Hotel with a proper entrance & lobby on ground floor, but instead it was a normal building entrance with a small sign and the rooms were on the 1st floor like an appartment.

I have to mention that Francisco was particularly helpful and went out of his way to make reservations at a wonderful restaurant on our last night in Rome. It was THE best dining experience of our entire stay in Italy. Thank you Francisco!

is a noisy street the room was super quiet
due to the excellent sound proof window. All
newly constructed in a refined modern style.
Amply sized room with nice amenities, lots
of towels, toiletries but the greatest was
having an I-mac computer in the room with a
DSL internet connection. We could receive
and send e-mail every day plus do research
online about Rome tourist destinations,
shopping and places to dine.
The staff arranged transportation for us
from and to the airport at a great price,
made several dinner reservations and gave us
tickets to the Villa Borgese Museum. We had
the complimentary breakfast in our room
every morning, on time and nicely presented.
The hotel is on the 2nd. floor of a
professional building the entrance of which
is discreet, there is an elevator (very
quaint and small). We liked coming back late
and letting ourselves in off the street
feeling like a native Roman! We highly
recommend this hotel, great location as
well.

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as described.I think because of its intimate size, guests were considerate of each other, quiet. The breakfast was very nice and always served promptly as requested. The location can't be beat--the Villa Borghese gardens and museum are just across the street and one of the best sites to visit in Rome, and, of course, the tickets are complimentary if ordered ahead. We were there several days and just loved it.

Upon arrival the genteleman at reception met
us downstairs, loaded our luggage into the
elevator and saw to it that we got settled
nicely in our rooms. All the staff were
friendly and courteous during our stay and the
hotel itself met all our expectations. Our
experience at the hotel was fantastic and
would recommend it to anyone travelling to
Rome.

The only recommendation I would give the hotel
would be to add additional shelf space in the
bathrooms. Other than that I see no problems
with the rooms.

friends and family members. Each time we have
told them what a great little hotel it is.
It's location is perfect on the Via Veneto
making us feel safe and close to all sights.
We felt as though we were in an exclusive
hotel, we highly recommend it to anyone.

I was able to check in early after a flight from New York, very accomodating. I was greeted by name as I arrived at the steps to the first floor - nice touch. Both day and night receptionists very pleasant.

Although the provided iMAC computer ocnnected to the internet, it was more difficult to connect my laptop but I eventually solved the problem. The hotel tells me it will be offering WiFi shortly - that should help.

They arranged a very nice car back to the airport on short notice (on a weekend). Al in all, a fine stay. Great location - 2 minutes from Borghese. Five minutes from the Spanish Steps.

Small, boutique, just a handful of rooms, but very private. All you give up is the large hotel lobby. Room and furnishings as described. Good quality linen. Room faced the Via Veneto but noise with the window closed was not a problem.

When searching for and booking our stay one of our main criteria was the availability of a swimming pool. The web site for this hotel gave the impression that there was one available for use at an extra cost. However, what the site did not indicate was that the pool was quite a bit away from the hotel (part of a Gymnasium complex) and that it was not for use by children, which was the whole purpose for me selecting this hotel. However, I must add that this was only a minor disappointment and did not, in the end, detract from us enjoying our stay at this hotel.
An additional comment about this hotel would be that the Staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful and the service was of a very high standard.

A beautiful, luxurious but very comfortable hotel with a warm and friendly welcoming atmosphere situated in a lovely part of Rome. The hotel is run by proffessional, caring polite and helpful staff. Accomodation is everything the web-site advertises. Highly reccomended.

The gentlemen at the desk were very friendly and gracious. They both spoke English well, we felt very welcome. A small elevator is available to take you up to the hotel. We arrived quite early (8:30 AM) and they rushed and got a room ready for us in only about an hours time.

The computer in the room was great. When I had a question about it, they immediately assisted me. The dvds were also nice when taking a rest from all the walking. We also loved our breakfast that was delivered very promptly at the time we requested. The rooms, however are a little on the small side but we would definately stay there again. The location is also a plus. When they found out we were heading off to Venice, one of the gentlemen had lived there and gave us a lot of valuable information. After our other travels, we returned to the hotel and were warmly welcomed back.

The hotel is difficult to find. The taxi took us to Residenza hotel approximately 3 blocks away. The only way we found it was to ask a gentleman at the restaurant, and he walked us to the door that we needed to ring.

Departure: When booking a taxi to take us to the airport, the hotel said it would cost 50euros. The taxi driver had a meeter running and we where then charged 60euros. not good

Should eventually think about upgrading IT. A serious upgrade of existing MAC or change to PC should be definitely considered.

perks we never found out about like squash and
transportation somehow only for some sort of
'club' guests. We loved the location but the
room was really VERY small - nowhere to sit
really and no place to put suitcases. I would
return if i were by myself.

one of the reasons I chose to stay in this hotel is 24 hours free Internet access and use of a computer. However, the hotel failed to note that it uses Apple computer and not Microsoft which is what I use and accustomed to. I think that the hotel should note on its website what programs are available to its guests so that there are no surprises.

I was surprised that I was not offered help with my bags at check out. I was also told that the taxi service that the hotel uses offered nice cars, such as Mercides and that the taxi ride fee from the hotel to the airport is set at a maximum of 45 euros (i.e. I would not pay more, but it could be less). Instead, the taxi was an average car and even though the meter showed less than 45 euros upon arrival to the airport, the driver still charged me 45 euros as if the fee was fixed.

Excellent location in exclusive neighborhood with easy excess to main tourist attractions, parks, and shopping, very clean rooms and amenities, good service, fairly high price, perhaps better suited for a business traveller.
