• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. Continental & American.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, except extras obviously.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 1st floor. Yes we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have not terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms have not a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some non smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have personal number for each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, the Internet access is included in the price.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not the swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A 24 hours garage service is available for the guests wishing to park their own cars. Qualified personnel are at the guest's disposal for further information concerning the service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby you can find Eurocar rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Roma Fiumicino (FCO).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a Limousine service from and to the airport with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Veneto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini and then walk along via Veneto or get a bus.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but 2 minutes walk away. Fitness Centre, Health Club and Swimming Pool are free of charge for Privilege Card owners.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not in the property but downstairs.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, anyway we have PC in every room with free internet access.
