 The Residenza A has seven rooms in total: one triple room and six standard double rooms, only one with king size bed. Four of these rooms overlook Via Veneto. The triple room has a single bed in addition to the king size double bed.
Each room has its own private telephone number, iMac with free internet access, DVD/CD player, satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-bar and pyramid dispenser for aroma therapy. Pc with DSL internet access in every room. |
 Precious woven fabrics have been used for drapes and furniture and the elegant stucco finishing on the ceiling, the simple but intense colours of the walls and the floors in precious Teramo marble and wenge wood all contribute to the uniqueness and elegance of furnishings. |
The bathrooms are decorated with exquisite mosaics. The combined effect of the textures, textiles and art in the rooms is a balance between attention to the guest and the atmosphere and architecture of the interiors. |

. Breakfast - Breakfast will be served directly in your room at no extra charge. Service starts at 7.30am, and from 9.30am guests can choose Continental or American breakfast.

 . Bathroom - All the bathrooms are equipped with best quality natural fragrance body products by Bulgari and a hair dryer.
. Aroma Therapy - All rooms are provided with Oiko's pyramid diffusers with aromatherapy cartridges. A wide selection of fragrances is at your disposal to stimulate pleasant sensations, thanks to the application of plant extracts and essentials oils. This is relaxing and invigorating.
. Safe-deposit boxes - Each room is equipped with safe-deposit box with an electronic combination, motorised opening and locking.
Complementary Newspaper - The main Italian and foreign newspapers are offered every morning with breakfast. Please ask for your favourite newspaper at the reception desk.
. Laundry & Dry Cleaning - The personnel in charge will collect the garments to be cleaned and ironed. Clothes will be collected at 10 am every day and returned before 7pm on the same evening. This service is not available on holidays. The service is free for the guests having a Privilege Card or cost on enquiry. |
