 At Residenza Santa Maria you will find six guestrooms displayed along the ground floor of the property (it does not have superior levels, so you should not worry about access issues). The low number of chambers guarantees a personalized attention to every guest. There are four rooms that can accommodate up to four visitors, and two double ones. |
 The first are equipped with a double bed and two bunker beds (ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids), while the double units feature really large windows that enable sunlight to make its way into the room. From these windows you may also admire the neighbourhood of Trastevere. Moreover, two of the rooms face the internal courtyard of the guest house, and another has a window door that leads to a small terrace: at this delightful spot you will find a fountain and several plants. |
 The quadruple rooms measure around 40 square metres, a size that is not really usual to see in Rome. As for the internal decoration, all the units in Residenza Santa Maria sport pastel shades, floral stripes on the bedspreads and walls, and oak wood furniture. They are all equipped with: air conditioning, hairdryer, mini bar, safe deposit box, telephone, TV, heating and connection to internet. |
