• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 11am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, including continental breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We serve continental breakfast, which is including in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Central heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival, can be make in cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the ground floor of the elegant building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are located in the quiet district, but very close to the city center.Double paned windows ensure a nice, quiet sleep.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Nice, fluffy, white towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room offers a plasma TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. Local calls and fax charges are free of charge and located at reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning. This convenience is included in the price of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, every time the breakfast is served into the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms are all wired with internet ADSL that cab be used through personal portable computer. This service is free of charge. You can also use the computer at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage next to the inn.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We will be happy to organize a tranfer from/to the airport at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located within easy reach of the inn by public transportation.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We will be happy to organize a tranfer from/to the airport at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Emanuele Gianturco is the closest bus stop located in front of the inn.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Metro Station. (4 stops by Metro line A).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Flaminio Metro Station (underground) is 5 minutes walking distance from the inn.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There are no attractions like this in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we don`t accept pets in the property.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are lot`s of bars and restaurants around.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We offer free high speed Internet access.
