- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 5pm, Check Out before 10am. It is compulsory to advise the hotel about arrival time as the reception is only open from 2pm until 5pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment and depend on the number of guests. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, breakfast isn't included. On request we can prepare you a continental or italian breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you must settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
No reception, the owner speaks Italian and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Each apartment is on the ground floor. No lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The residence is extremely quiet and romantic, but this depend on you! - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Towels and linens are included. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Each apartment has a terrace with chairs, table and sunshade. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Apartments do have a terrace (they are all on the ground floor). - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Our apartments are all non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, apartments are equipped with sat tv. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is included in the price and totally independent. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Apartments have a private dining room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, the property haven't an Internet point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. You can find a swimming pool in the nearby open all year. - Is parking or garage available?
A free parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at Ciampino Airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
The closest supermarket is just 300 metres from the Residence. - Which is the nearest airport?
Ciampino Airport (2 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we have at an extra charge. Obviously we need your details like the flight number. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Just 300 metres from the Residence, in fron of the railway station. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Just 300 metres from the Residence. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest subway stop is "Anagnina". - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, but you can find a sport centre just 50 metres far from the property. - Are pets welcome?
No. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No.
