We were a little disappointed,because nobody was waiting for us, so we stayed almost an hour in the street.

No experience-we saw the staff twice.

I wrote what time we wanted to check out and thought somebody 'll come for the keys. Nobody told us that we should simply leave the keys on the table and go out. After half an hour waiting we had to call on our own to get that information.

Residence is comfortable (beds also), quiet, nearby metro station, fully equipped. You can feel safe walking in the evening. Coming next time I would surely choose this place.
