The Residence Libetta is located in a central residential area called Ostiense, well-known for its historical attractions, the new university and the fascinating roman night life with discos and famous clubs such as Goa, Classico, Barone Rosso, la Saponieria, Loft and Speedy Gonzales.
In Ostiense Road, a few minutes away from Libetta Road, are situated the Ex Mercati Generali di Roma which are presently being restored and renewed with new services. Today they are being used as film sets for many American and European films.
Libetta Road is also near "rione testaccio", one of the oldest and characteristic "quarters" of Rome, famous for "trattorias" and restaurants where you can have the pleasure to taste several typical roman dishes. In Testaccio square, every morning from Monday to Saturday, it takes place the famous and picturesque fruit, vegetable, herb and flower market.
Those who enjoy going to the theatre can easily reach the Palladium or Victoria Theatre in "Piazza Santa Maria Ausiliatrice", in the Tesataccio district.
