The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with good guidance regarding sightseeing, booking of taxis etc.

we were well received and we were very grateful. ... I suppose I was a little surprised to notice the smallness of the hotel. I was expecting a drive in and a ground floor reception just like the other hotels I used to stay in. But, this initial disaapointment was quickly overcomed by the warth and friendliness of the two sisters who managed the desks during our stay prompting us to say as we were leaving that we shall again stay there when we returned to Rome. ... comfortable and friendly.
