• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we prefer that you settle the bill at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish, Romanian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on 1st floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has air conditioning and central heating and they are included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In all our rooms there is Internet free connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can renta a car in Via Veneto. There is AVIS center, 5 minutes walking from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport and Ciampino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We will be pleased to organize a transfer from / to the airport at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest is in Via Veneto, 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini subway stop, 5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but there is a gym center very close to the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant in the property but in Via dei Cappuccini, 17 we have an our restaurant called "Rossini".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
