• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price, Breakfast room is on the third floor with a terrace overlooking the Trevi Fountain.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Relais has 4 floor, and there is an elevator in the building starting from the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are, our VIP Junior Suite Fountain View is the best in Rome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only four rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have only non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have 32" plasma TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have individual Mitsubishi air conditioning system. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The whole building has fast wi-fi Internet access points in all the rooms and common areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a fee-paying public parking near by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a care at Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiunmicino or Ciampino airports are about 25-30 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do private new Mercedes with driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stops are Piazza San Silvestro and Via del Tritone.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini train station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is "Barberini", 200 meters far from the Relais.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, they are not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, the whole building has Wi-Fi Internet access points in all the rooms and common areas.
