The Relais dei Papi was opened in February 2007, on the third floor of a building at the Prati neighbourhood in Rome: according to the law, an accommodation placed on only one level must be called a "guest house" but it actually provides a 4-stars service any other hotel would envy. Breakfast can be served at the rooms or at the Relax room, a space where you may also rest or watch tv in the afternoons, after a tiring day at the Vatican or the endless sights in the Italian capital. |
Internet access is also available, among other devices placed within a really elegant atmosphere. The lodging has taken its inspiration from the symbol of the Pope, therefore you should not be surprised to run into certain details along the guest house: there is a red throne right besides the reception desk, and the same flair can be found inside the guestrooms, as they are only six (double or triple), the owners have made a luxury out of each of them. |
