  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, there is free continental room service breakfast and also buffet continental breakfast in our Relax Room on request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff at the reception speaks English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Relais dei Papi is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have only NO smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is Lcd Tv with international channels (BBC-TVE-ARD).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet Point near by the property.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we can provide at your arrival, on request.

  There is an Hertz point very close to the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are: Fiumicino and Ciampino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request with extra charge.

  There are bus-stop in Piazza Risorgimento or in Piazza Cola di Rienzo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Termini.

  The nearest subway station is the line A "LEPANTO".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  Yes, they are welcome if they are very small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
