• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have a wide selection of rooms in our hotel according to size, view and type. We are proud to say that each room has its own charm and are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms at the hotel have a balcony. Include it as a special request and we will do out best to satisfy you.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes. We have separate floors/ rooms for smoking and non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room is provided with satellite TV programed with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. Telephone calls are not included, you will pay them upon departure.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for this. Yes, it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. The hotel is provided with HSIA in the business center and Wi-Fi Internet connection in public
  areas.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station or in Via Veneto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo de Vinci airport located 40 km from the hotel (30 minutes by taxi).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange you a limousine service with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Veneto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini, located 500 meters awey of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Metro stop Repubblica.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes. Gym, sauna and massage on request. Pilates Room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can, the hotel is provided with HSIA in all rooms.
