• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German, French and Italian of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors and 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel has quiet and romantic rooms, especially the suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of the rooms are no smoking. Smoking room on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in rooms and in common area.
  It is seasonal and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.

• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask to our concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino Airport (21 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Our concierge will be pleased to assist you for arranging a private car transfer.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in Via Veneto, few steps far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (800 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?

  Yes, there is a gourmet restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer also Internet wi-fi access.
