• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Mr. Andrea speaks English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are situated on 3 floors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Ther is quiet in the apartments. The general ambience is private and intimate.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but the rooms are very shining.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is the TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes of course.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one Internet point downstairs 30 mt from the apartments.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage, 50 mt distance from the apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino, 22 km and Fiumicino 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange a pick-up service from airport to the apartments at a very special price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The 590-650-671 buses stop 50 m from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station by train.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Furio Camillo stop LINE A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets only: dogs or cats.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but in the street there are a lot of restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
