- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, it is not but the apartment is fully equipped for self catering. - Is heating included in the price?
Central heating is included in the price. You have the option of adjusting it in your room. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Payment is required upon arrival. We prefer cash upon check-in. Credit cards are not accepted. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Emanuela manager of the B&B speaks Italian, English, French and a bit of Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Reali House is located on the ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Reali House is situated in a calm and silent road and double glazing windows ensure a pleasant, quiet sleep. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
White towels (shower and face towels) and clean linens await you. We also provide shampoo and toiletry set. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a Tv in the apartment but there are no international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, but it is seasonal. In the winter there is a central heating. These conveniences are included in the price of the apartment. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
The apartment is equipped of kitchen and dining room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not but there is an Internet point near the flat. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a private garage in front of Reali House. - Where can we rent a car?
There is a rental car point in Via Gregorio VII near the flat (5 minutes on foot) and another one in Via della Conciliazione. - Which is the nearest airport?
Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located approx. 25 km far from us. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do (extra charge). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Via Gregorio VII (30 metres). - Which is the nearest railway station?
San Peter station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
San Peter Station is a 3 minutes walk from the Reali House. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
We accept only small pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
