Receptionist was always helpful in finding local sights of our personal interest (Goth Clubs, etc), in addition to the regular tourist attractions.

The hotel provided everything they said they would and more. The staff spoke fluent English and were extremely nice as well as helpful.

The rooms were small and I could have used a bit more 'extra'space -- perhaps a chair to read in or more counter space. After the first day I realized that the helfulness of the staff and the good location of the hotel more than made up for any space I was missing.

I would prefer breakfast buffet instead of just coffee and white bread. Even with a small extra cost.

When I arrived, I didn't understand that
I had to take the elevator to get to
reception on the 2nd floor, and nobody
was around. There was a sign, but I
thought it meant that I was already on
that floor. finally another guest walked
by and directed me.

The safe in my room did not work, even
after complaining; nor was it even
attached to the wall. When I brought this
up, the receptionist dodged my concern by
telling me how good their security system
was. I carried my valuables around town
with me. While this sounds bad, all the
rest of my interactions with the staff
were very good and helpful, and I would
still recommend the place (after they
screw down & repair their safes!)

The receptionist called a cab for me and
helped me with my bags. He helped me
strategize the best routine and timing to
get to the train station. They let me
store my bags there for the day. I was
grateful for all of that.

There was a problem with the heating, but it was not possible to transfer me to the same type of room, so I chose to stay where I was.

The lift should be available 24h for hotel customers. Is not eassy to carry your laggage on the steps.
