  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price indicated is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you may settle bill on arrival or upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Finnish, Spanish and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    5 floors with elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    We have rooms on street side and on the court side, however all rooms have sound proof windows therefore are not noisy.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No we do not have rooms with a terrace but do have rooms facing the courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    A few rooms on the courtside have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, both. All rooms have also a second telephone in the bathroom.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes and also have modem port connections for computers.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No extra charge is paid for airconditioning however it is turned on depending on current weather conditions.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, our hotel provides an Internet point free of charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Our hotel does not have a garage but we use the services of a nearby one, this service includes pick up of car to and from hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The reception can contact all major rental companies and can book directly at the hotel. It is also possible to rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    30 Km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes we can arrange a pick up to and from airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Almost in front of the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini railway station is about 800 mt. from the Hotel (10 - 15 min. walk).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest stop is about 300 mt. far (5 min. walk).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only small pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, which offers genuine home cooked meals.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes you can.
