• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The Price is per room per night and includes the breakfast, sheets and towels, air conditioning, heating, and the wi-fi internet connection.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included, the breakfast is a continental one, and you can have it directly in your own room. You will find sweets, croissants, tea, milk, chocolate, rusks, butter, frutis jam, fruits juices... and anything you would desire to start a fantastic day and stay by yourself, in a romantic wakening!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price, you can also you air conditioning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival. Unfortunately we can not accept credit card, we prefer cash upon check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Michela, the B&B's owner speaks English and French, she likes speaking foreing languages!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Building has 4 floors but The Rainbow B&B is all in a floor, at the second one, and you can reach it by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the room are quite because they face in the courtyard, and they all have a private bathroom inside.
  So you can stay in the center of Rome, by relaxing in a romantic coloured room!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes you will fine three kind of towel per person, they are changed every day.
  You will also find shampoo and bath foam
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Rooms don't have a terrace. They all have a window.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Rooms don't have a balcony, but they all have a window that faces inside the courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the B&B is no smoking area.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv in every room, but we don't have any international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not a direct dialling telephone in the rooms. You can use our telephon to make national calls, and also can receive, or send national fax.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has the air conditioning, you can use it all year long, and it is all in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Our comfortable cozy B&B does not have a dining room, but rooms are spacious enough to bring food in from many of the nearby Roman restaurants.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is not an Internet point, but we have an Internet wi-fi connection, that you can freely use without extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not. It's difficult to find one in the center of Rome! Anyway if you want to go to the beach you can easily reach it by train.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We don't own one, but there are private garages close to the B&B, with daily rates, not so high, but the public ones are cheaper, but it is difficult to try one.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini Station or at Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport you can find the most important companies, such as Hertz, Europecar, Avis.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  We are in the center so, Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino Airport and Ciampino Airport are more or less at the same distance.
  Getting the B&B from Fiumicino is easier because the road you need to pass through is a motorway.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, up to 4 people, it has an extra cost from/to airports and train stations.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Ottaviano Stop and Viale Giulio Cesare Stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Termini Central Station, you can reach it by the subway.Also Tiburtina is reachable with the subway.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The subway is just in front of the gate, and the stop is called Ottaviano - San Pietro, that is the line A, and takes you to the most important places of Rome.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in our B&B. But you can easily find them by going in the near Hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  We love pets, but we don't accept them.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant in the B&B, but the central location offers many fine Italian restaurants and typical Roman trattoria as well as ethnic cuisine (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Arabian and of course McDonald's)
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use our high speed internet wi-fi connection, with no extra charge.
