• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast (cappuccino or tea or coffee, orange juice and croissants) included in the price and served in your room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must be settled upon arrival preferably in cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors with an elevator. Rooms are on the first and the fourth floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  4 rooms face on the courtyard, all the other face on Via Germanico which is a pretty quite street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Three of the rooms have a balcony, the other have large windows with pleasant views.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have colour Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone with direct dial telephone in 10 rooms only.
  At the reception, there is a telephone at all other guests disposition.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in each room, included in the seasonal prices.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet/E-Mail point available from 9 am to 8 pm.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private parking is located very close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car/scooter/bikes rental is provided at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 40 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Taxi pick up service from the airport to the hotel available on request.

  6 people including luggage: 60 euro.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lepanto buses station, 300 meters far away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Guest will arrive from Termini Railway Station in ten minutes by taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  A Line Underground Lepanto Station just 300 meters far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we may arrange half or full board service in many restaurants in the vicinity.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In ten rooms only.
