• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our rich and delicious buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Beside Italian we speak English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv with International channels and Pay Tv in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. We have also wi-fi connection in the whole lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not directly at the hotel but nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge. Chauffeur driven private cars, taxis and rented cars can be arranged on request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (25 km).
  Both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are well connected with the hotel thanks to its proximity to Termini railway station.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Few metres far from the entrance of the hotel, in via Nazionale. It is served by main bus lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Railway Station (400 metres far from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Repubblica" stop for the red line.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is one of the best dining options you have in Rome!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
