• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm (at The Strand Hotel in Via Tuscolana 892), Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are located on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv but only with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, a mobile phone is provided with the flats for private use.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has its own dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  It is possible to park in the area, free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you to find the nearest company to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pickup service from and to the airports.
