The first night room had a light fixture in the middle of the bathroom as a light was out and this posed a safety hazard to me. I had lots of trouble confirming the reservation that I made on behalf of friends who had a triple room. It took several days and several calls and then was inaccurate when it was sent, referring to another hotel reservation. I like the conveneince of this hotel to the train station and it is quiet. I will go back in spite of the problems for these reasons. ... Since the Hotel Galles and Hotel Prince are a block apart and jointly owned, it is a little confusing when booking rooms as one uses the same contact information. ... Nice and helpful staff, clean, quiet, comfortable and close to the train station. family friendly. Good breakfast, but they do not always have eggs and the automatic coffee machine does not always work well.

climate was not working and they did not fix it !! It was very hot at that time. ... It was ok.
