Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Parking is not included in the price; details available on request. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 13,00 per night per person for cots. Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 25,00 per night per person for extra beds.

| Cancellation Policy | |
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
