• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The quoted prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the daily room rate.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel PrimusRoma has 4 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have 1 room with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned, this is included in the daily room rate. Air conditioning is switched on from mid June to mid September, depending on weather conditions.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not. Nearby there are a lot of internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the property, but at 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel there is a fee-paying garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented in "Via Ostiense", at 2 minutes walking distance from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Leonardo da Vinci" airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers by private car or minibus shuttle from/to the airport can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ostiense/Matteucci.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hotel PrimusRoma is located in at 2 minutes walking distance from Ostiense railway station.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Piramide.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast. However we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our hotel.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
