By plane: It is really easy to reach the hotel from both airports in Rome, Ciampino (25 kilometres away, approximately 20 minutes by car) and Fiumicino or Leonardo Da Vinci (53 kms, 38 minutes drive). There are all sorts of means of public transport to get to your room easily and fast.
By car: If your plane lands in Leonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino airport, get on the A91 highway towards the signs indicating the A1, Via della Magliana and Grande Raccordo Anulare. Continue along the A90 highway and A24. Get off at the exit for Foro Italico/ Nomentano/ Tiburtino". You must take Tangenziale Est, Circonvallazione Nomentana, Largo Rodolfo Lanciano and you will arrive in Rome. Go along Via Rodolfo Lanciani, turn left in Piazza Orazio Marucchi and right in Via Giovanni Baracco. Continue along Piazza Domenico Gnoli and Via Giuseppe Marchi before veering right in Via Carlos Fea: on number 5 you will come across the hotel.
At Ciampino, take the SS7DIR motorway and go along Via dei Ciampino before getting on SS7 and then, A90 highway and A24: then follow the directions already described.
By train: From both airports you can reach Termini central station, either on the Leonardo Express leaving from Fiumicino or the Sitbusshuttle Bus at Ciampino. They both reach the train station in around 30 to 45 minutes: once there, you may take the bus (number 36 or 90) up to Via Carlo Fea stop, and then walk along Via Nomentana before turning right in Via Carlo Fea; otherwise, you can take the metro (line A, direction Ottaviano) and descend at Bologna, which is placed 500 metres from the inn. |
