The staff were very helpful at all times, were happy to book restaurants, taxis and give directions.Regretably I had no Italian but the staff were happy to speak English.

Friendly efficient hotel, within walking distance of many of the sites and with public transport literally at the door step.

It was a pitty, that you did'nt mention that
the metrostation Manzoni, near the hotel was
closed
...
the rooms are not so quiet, but I suppose in
Italy you don't find quit rooms...
...
That the metrostation Manzoni will be closed
for then next six mounths...

Good location, quit enough if you stay like
us on the back of the hotel, a verry good
hotel for a city trip near the colloseum,
kind staff, helpfull for searching location,
calling taxis....

The breakfast buffet was almost empty when I arrived for breakfast approx. 1 hour before closing breakfast.
