• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 11pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is included in the rooms' price. The apartment is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Franch and Italian are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On the second floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but there is a big common terrace (only for Prati B&B).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Guests can smoke only in the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in the breakfast room but it does not have international channels. Also in Apartment Prati there is a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and it is included on price (only for Prati B&B). The air conditioning is available from 8 am to midnight.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not but you can gather all together in the breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at a car rental facility near our bed and breakfast.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ottaviano is the nearest bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ottaviano-S. Pietro is the nearest subway stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
