i have stayed at this hotel previously and it was, as before a very enjoyable stay indeed, the satff were all very helpful, especially Signore Riccardo Are the barman.

Clean, comfortable rooms with helpful staff. Suggest you request a room away from the street due to vehicle noise throughout the night.

The stair carpet was lethal - it kept coming unattached from the stair rods - but they were obviously trying to change it - difficult with a full and busy hotel at the height of season

The hotel is not located in the centre of the city but is easily accessable by bus/metro to the main sites. The staff of the hotel were warm, helpful and informative in aiding the guests of the hotel. The rooms were clean but old . There was air conditioning. The washrooms
do need renovations.

Very disappointed with breakfast. Hot drinks were dispensed by machine i.e. no fresh tea or coffee.
Also were unable to have dinner in the restaurant due to large coach parties.
Really liked the terrace bar but there was no explanation of catering facilities or where anything was without asking.

The transport links with the trams and buses outside are very good.

Clean and nicely decorated with a nice terrace bar for drinks in the evening. On the edge of the city.
