• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is for a room per night.

  Yes, the bill can be settled on arrival.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors that can be reached by two different elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel has 215 rooms of which a part facing the historical square of piazza di portamaggiore and others facing the internal courtyard, all very comfortable and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  12 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has satellite television and international channels.

  Every room has telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  The Hotel do not have a garage, but you will find many in the nearby.
