• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the apartment for 4 people. For the fifth person you must add an extra charge.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 9 floors with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet and comfortable.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the rooms are not smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes,there is a TV in every apartment. The satellite is on request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. It is always usable and it's free.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. But each apartment is provided with LAN and wireless connection to internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, each apartment has a garage and it costs an extra charge per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini station or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport is the closest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is no pick-up service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 105 which brings you to Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Metro A is the nearest one and the nearest stop is Manzoni. Otherwise you can reach both Metro A and B from termini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. but ther is a restaurant just nearby the building.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there are Wireless or Lan connections.
