 At Antico Podere Gasparinetti the bed & breakfast service is exceeded by many other amenities and attentions. For instance, the house comprises a nice garden and gazebo with all sorts of plants and space to spend the afternoons. Other common areas are the sitting room and dining room, where you may even connect to Internet for free. |
 In the mornings, a complete breakfast "a la italiana" is served for the guests inside the property or at a beautiful, sunny loggia that can be either closed or open, depending on the weather: you can have marmalade, bread, tea, coffee, nutella, yoghurt, fruit juices, the traditional "fette biscotatte" a sort of dry toast and butter. |
 On request, in case you do not feel like travelling to Rome for dinner or trying the pizzerias placed 200 metres away, dinner can be prepared for you and your party: there is a fixed menu with dishes from Italian cuisine (first and second course plus fruits; drinks and wine are not included). The reception desk is open from 7am to 11 pm, with staff speaking English, Spanish, Italian and French. You may also use the transfer service to Trastevere or St Peter`s, which has a small extra cost. |

 Even though Rome has all sorts of world-wide known attractions you should not miss, bear in mind that at Antico Podere you will be only 200 metres away from shops, pizzerias and a really big supermarket called "GS Superstore", where you can also take the bus to Cornellia metro station and connect to the historical centre of the city. At Antico Podere you will be staying in a real green oasis, away from the bustle of the centre. Anyway, you should not miss the musts of Rome, easily accessible on the metro, such as the Colisseum, the Roman Forum and Piazza Spagna. Ostia Antica, a destiny on the coast with really ancient foundations to visit, is 30 minutes away. |
