the huy at the desk was from the US and that made it very easy for me. He helped me to find cool places to hang out during my stay in rome

The room was small, which i expected, even htough the pictures made it look bigger than it really is. If you are fat, you will have trouble moving from room to room. The Shower was TERRIBLE. It overflowed into the bathroom ever time after only 2-3 minutes. other than that though, it was quite nice

was very easy, just leave the keys in the room. No problems with checkout

Very dissapointed about size of appartment.

Accomadation VERY small not big enough for 4 adults.When you used bath or shower water poured from bottom of bath and came into bedroom.Asked for kettle and cups as none in appartment Never arrived even though we were told they would give us them on Sunday.Appartment needs a thorough clean as on surface looked clean but under beds had not had clean for a long time.Keys to appartment very diffucult to get in locks(both appartments had trouble with locks.Overall it was just ok.Terrace very dirty.

Very small not very well equiped(no kettle,Cups).If cleaned up and tidied outside it would be ok.
