Cancellations must be notified directly to the accommodation and to the agency : Venere o Expedia, provider at least 30 days prior to the arrival. In the event of a no show, your credit card will be charged for the first nights accommodation total.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
