• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am until 10.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. It may be both continental and local.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Arab.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are just two floors. We do not have or need an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have their own entrance from the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we have a very big garden with few terraces overlooking Rome.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we do have Tv in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms. There is no extra charge for this.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet Point at the Reception Hall.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is wide space for free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a cat at the airport of Ciampino.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  A supermarket is 5 minutes away by car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a pick-up service available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at the exit of the Residenza.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Ciampino is the closest airport.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem from the rooms.
