Everything went smoothly on arrival we only had to wait a few minutes for our rooms.
...
A very pleasant stay our room was very clean and comfortable, even though we didnt have rooms in the main hotel (we stayed just around the corner in another building)the rooms were of very good quality.
...
All went very smoothly and it was no problem leaving our luggage for us to collect later.
...
Some of the rooms belonging to the hotel are around the corner in another building.
...
Very central and convenient near the train station and within walking distance to the main sites and buses. There was also a very good restaurant just across the road from the hotel called Regina were we had a tourist meal for just 17 euro for a 3 course meal with wine & water.

The hotel is close to Termini station a very convenient location to move around Rome by metro or buses. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was a bit small for a family of four but always clean and quiet. The breakfast, satisfying.

Narrow streets made it difficult to park to check in, but like most everyone else, we double-parked for 30 minutes without fear of reprisals from a non-existent parking police force. Staff were excellent and very helpful directing us to the rental car check-in at Termini stazione.
...
Very clean and comfortable, but walls between rooms are very thin and even discreet conversations could be overhead with ease. Could be embarassing for some!
...
They organised a car to take us to the airport, and were very pleasant at all times. Especially, the night front desk clerk Guiseppe was a real character.... advising us where it was unsafe to go at night and which attractions and monuments would be overcrowded during the long weekend at May Day time.
...
Friendly and comfortable - but don't go yah-hooing around in the bedroom at night if you want to keep any secrets!

Muy comodo, excelente ubicación (a dos cuadras de Roma Termini), personal muy amigable, así como amplias habitaciones.
Recomendado en un 100%, si regreso a Roma, definitivamente repetiría en este hotel.

The gentleman who was on duty was excellent both in terms of easy of welcoming but more so in providing us with real and very practical help on where to visit, how to get there and where to eat. He provided a marked map and paper with directions. A remarkable piece of high quality service.

For the price range and the proximity to the city centre of a capital city, it was very good value for money. The only feature that was slightly negative was the size of the shower cubicle for a tall person.
...
Fast and professional. They looked after our luggage for the day and were very friendly on our return.
...
No, the positives of very good quality of service of the night reception (and the staff as a whole) has been identified: the quietness of the room: the good and quiet air conditioning and the cleaniness: as has the negative of the fairly confined shower cubicule space. The breakfast was standard cold buffet(coffee very good) but good quality and as much as you needed.

One of the essential features that made it a real positive was the proximity to Terminii (5 minutes walk) and therefore transport to and from (occasional one bus change) to all the main features in and out of the city.
...
In perhaps not the most glamourous part of Rome, this Hotel offers real value for money. Comfortable and very well placed as a base for exploration: don't expect the frills (it is bed and breakfast) but a friendly personal service that a well run small hotel in a large city offers.

...
Great location! Very close to Roma Train station, making it easy to find, easy to visit other places and easy to leave. The hotel was comfortable and the staff courteous and always available.

Simir was very helpful and expeditious with the check in. Very close to the Roma Termini.
...
It was clean, attractive, and the personell were very hospitable. A receptionist, Govani, was very special to everyone. He went far and above the 'call' by giving extra special advice and assistance. People came in the lobby just to see and talk to him. He need s special pat on the back.
...
People should stay there just to have the unique experience of meeting and talking with Govani. What a thrill.
...
Go for it. You won't be disappointed.

The pictures made the hotel seem warm, friendly, clean and spacious. In reality, the hotel was ok, most of the staff was friendly but the room was small and not very well maintained. The wall was cracking, there were ants in out 2nd floor room and we could hear every noise in our hall. And frankly, the room was smaller than I thought based on the pictures.
...
Disappointing.

Nice Hotel and very friendly staff.
...
(1) I though €2.00 for a half hours internet use was expensive, when I check other places it was €1.00 for an hour.

(2) Would have like tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
...
Comparing it to Hotel accomodation in Ireland, the Hotel was basic.

The air conditioning had been switched off for the winter, however, during the first night there the room was very warm as the central heating was on. Air conditioning was specified as a hotel feature which it was not.

Hotel Piemonte is a nice little hotel, renovated in a fairly old building. Though it's a bit far from the Roma Termini railway station, the place is quiet.

The room facilities were reasonably good.

Overall the room rate was rather high given the condition of the hotel.
