We arrived rather late, which is probably why there was no-one to welcome us upon arrival but the staff were very helpful once we'd contacted them.

The staff were very friendly, cheerful and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome.

It is clean, quiet and superb value for money. A very comfortable and convenient base from which to explore Rome.

No breakfast room, but coffee and packaged patries are available, and yogurt is given to be put into room refrigerator.

Nice small guest house, which we liked very much. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The price is elevated but probably reasonable for Rome. Breakfast was quite basic and self service.

Even though we phoned 2 days ahead of our arrival there was no one there to let us in. I think the lady that eventually let us in to the unit may have been the cleaning lady but I'm not sure.

The breakfast was terrible. Cereal provided, yet no bowels or milk. No one explained how the coffee machine worked - another guest thankfully came along to show us how it worked.

We paid for our stay upon arrival. Then we never saw any staff for the next 3 days, including on departure.

We had to wait an hour and a half before anyne came to see us although we arrived at the time expected. We only had the number of the guest house and as there was no body in this was no use at all. Apparently they should have given us a number to ring.

We never saw any staff once we had been checked in.
The breakfast consisted of a coffee making machine - not even a kettle so we could not make coffee to our liking. There was one chocolate flavoured croissant each provided for breakfast. We actually went out and bought coffee and breakfast every morning.
This added considerably to our overall costs.

The check in was a little difficult - we had to phone the concierge to let us into the property.

The breakfast was rather disappointing. Otherwise, the accommodation was very good - in a vry good location.

There was no receptionist and we were lucky enough to contact the person cleaning the rooms. Apparently there is no regular receptionist as this is common at guest houses we guessed.

Wehad to change rooms as our intial one was too noisy (street noise). The location was okay as it was central to city sights.

The advertised breakfast was not very good and consisted of a little table in a hallway. There was no fresh bread, the coffee maker was substandard with only plastic cups to hold the coffee and the juice almost unpalatable. Other than the poor breakfast the rooms were large enough and clean. As there was no receptionist it was difficult to get any questions answered.

Guest houses should be better explained especially regarding the availability of staff.

We stayed at another hotel upon our return to Rome and found it much better for the same price.
