This small centrally located hotel gets its name, as you might guess, from its proximity to Rome's most famous square. Situated in a charming street between Via Condotti e Via delle Croce, only two minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, the location is ideal for sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums and restaurants and walking in the historical Rome.

Owned and run by three generation of the same family, has a worldwide representation for caring for its guests who return year after year. The friendly owner, Mrs. Giocondi, is always present and happy to help her guests answering their questions.

The hotel has been in businnes since the 1940s and has been just recently renewed.
The mirrored reception and sitting area is divided by
a marble stairway with an ornate wrought iron banister, leading up to the guestrooms, which are on three floors, served also by an elevator.
