• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms on the back are usually quieter, the one with the balcony is romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not terrace, but we have an open roof garden and a terrace at the breakfast room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two standard rooms have got a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do, upon request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have individually controlled air conditioner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have free internet acces in all the rooms (with own pc) and a free internet point in the hall.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest parking area is Park Si inside Villa Borghese, and the nearest private garage is Valentino Parking at "via Sistina".
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearest place: "Via Lombardia", or parking yes, at Villa Borghese.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  30 Km, Fiumicini (Leonardo Da Vinci Airport).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide Limusine Service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza di Spagna.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  3000 mt. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is SPAGNA in Piazza di Spagna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is one nearby upon request.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant, only breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have free adsl connection in all the rooms.
