a) From the airports:
1. Roma Fiumicino Airport-Leonardo da Vinci FCO. The Direct Train to Roma Termini 'Leonardo Express' is scheduled every 30 minutes, leaving on the 7th and the 37th minute of every hour from 6:37 to 23:37, and it will take about 30 minutes. This moment the ticket price costs euro 11,00. You can buy the ticket in front of the train platform.
2. Roma Ciampino Airport CIA.
First, you can get the Airport shuttle (about every 30 minutes) to Anagnina, the nearest underground stop of Metro line A.
Then, you can continue with the underground from Anagnina to Roma Termini station
Another option is by Bus with Sit Shuttle e Terravision Company; the transfer service is from Ciampino airport to Termini station and vice-versa.
The Sit Shuttle e Terravision Company buses make the service only for the flight company Ryan Air, Wizzair, EasyJet, Central Wings, Hapag Lloyd, My Air, Blue Air, Fly Me.
3.Private Transfers
It permits journeys to or from a Rome airport with an air-conditioned car.
The driver will meet you at the airport arrivals hall (terminal) and transfer you and your luggage directly to the Piazza Navona Apartment.
The driver will meet you at the airport terminal outside the custom area and you will be delivered directly to your destination.

A standard car, max 4 people, from airport to Apartment and from Apartment to airport costs 55,00 euro each way.

b) From Termini Station
ROMA TERMINI Central Train Station is at about 3 km far from The Piazza Navona Apartment. From there you can take:
1.Taxi: use only official taxis, they are white coloured, with a taxi sign on the top,a "COMUNE DI ROMA" sign on the doors and a meter inside.
2. Bus: Take the bus number 64 until Piazza Navona stop after 9 stops, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II , walk for 20 meters, direction piazza Pasquino. Bus tickets must be bought before getting on the bus at Tobacco shops, Newspaper kiosks, Bars, and have to be validated at the machine on board..
c) Car rentals - driving to town is not easy, access to the historical part of the center is forbidden and fined (electronical check), from 6 am to 6 pm, and parking around the apartment is not allowed.
If you plan to spend several days in Rome before start your trip by car, we suggest you to rent your car only from the day you are leaving. In Termini station you will find all the rental car companies.
d) By car - we have to inform you that driving to town is not easy, access to the historical part of the center is forbidden and fined (electronical check), and parking around the apartment is not allowed. |
