Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment, including service and taxes. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We don't serve breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Central heating and air-conditioning are included in the price and you can on-off at your pleasure. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Payment is required upon arrival. We accept credit cards Visa or Master Card, AMEX traveller cheque in Euro in any case we prefer cash. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We, speaks English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The Piazza Navona Apartment is located on second floor of an 18th century palazzo with elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The apartment will be your romantic private and quite home in the eternal city. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Nice, fluffy, white towels and clean linens await you. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
In the Apartment there are no terrace or courtyard, but the 3 windows over looking the small Pasquino Square give you a privileged view on the very heart of historical Rome. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, the rooms do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do have non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is flat screen TV with satellite news channels, a DVD player with a collection of English movie. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is no telephone inside the apartment. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Each bedrooms have air conditioning and is included in the price. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
You can eat in the dining room with the murano chandelier on you. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, not inside the apartment but at walking distance about 200 mt. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. Rome's city center does not offer public swimming pools, however the beach is 30 minutes away on the train. - Is parking or garage available?
No, parking or garage near the apartment, you can leave the car a few minutes down the apartment, payment street parking at about 150 met. - Where can we rent a car?
We are located near all of the major car rental companies , the nearest is Roma Termini Station. - Which is the nearest airport?
Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino FCO) and Ciampino (CIA) airport are both located within easy reach by public transportation. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We will be happy to organize a transfer from/to the airport at extra cost, normal car or minivan. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Corso Vittorio Emanuele 100 met. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The main Roman railway station is Roma Termini, about 10 minute by cab or 20 minutes by bus, only one line 64. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The subway is not comfortable from and for the apartment. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Not in the property but close to the apartment there is a gym that allow daily visitors for a daily fee. - Are pets welcome?
I'm sorry but pets are not accepted. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is not a restaurant in the property, but you are going to find thousands at walking distance. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, there is no internet access in the apartment.
