• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We have a pastries , fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter and marmalade. We also provide filtered coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, coffee milk and mocha), hot tea and fresh fruit juices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors but unfortunately we have not the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our room is quite and off the street, the private balcony look at the garden of Palazzo Spada Museum, and Roman's roofs, it is very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, in the Property there is not a terrace or a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, our room is a non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our suite is equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, inside the room you have a breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we provide free high-speed access to the Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, the property has not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking garage 50 meters from here with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car very close from us, in corso Vittorio Emanuele.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Fiumicino and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request we can provide this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Largo Argentina is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Trastevere station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Our location is about 10 minutes walk from the Colosseo metro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, in the property there is not a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes of course.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are a lot of restaurants and pizzerias close our bed and breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
